Building Bridges to Lasting Change

When we strengthen the systems behind an organization, we build bridges between diverse communities, innovative practices, and lasting change. Those bridges let organizations learn, grow, and become stronger, more resilient places where the people they serve can thrive.

The mission of Oakbridge Consulting LLC is to partner with mission-driven leaders, in education and across the nonprofit sector, to build systems that serve their people and communities well. We support organizations of all sizes, from school districts and state agencies to nonprofits and foundations, through consulting that goes far beyond compliance to create lasting, meaningful change.

Oakbridge is a collaborative of independent consultants, each bringing specialized expertise and partnering to serve the organizations we work with. Together, we pair deep expertise on two fronts: inclusive instruction, equity-centered programming, and family engagement on the education side, and strategy, governance, measurement, and organizational effectiveness on the nonprofit side. Whether you need targeted support in one area or a comprehensive transformation, we meet you where you are and work alongside you to reach your goals.
